She has been known to confuse mortals, as she appears benevolent in most cases. Her realm is called the Spiral Skein, and her minions are the Spider Daedra. She is one of the three worshipped by the Dunmer, and is known to be affiliated with sexual seduction and interference in mortal affairs.
Mephala is the prince of deceit, often referred to as the Webspinner, or Spider. He sought to conquer Tamriel, but was thwarted by Martin Septim and the Hero of Kvatch. He was responsible for The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion's Oblivion Crisis. Mehrunes Dagon is the prince of destruction, turmoil and mortal ambitions.
